Camp Mission
This Weight Loss Summer Camp is committed to helping teenagers shed excess weight in a scientific, healthy and joyful way, develop a passion for sports, and stay away from obesity. We combine fun with benefits to offer a unique life experience different from school, where kids can exercise, study and live in a professional and pleasant atmosphere. We focus on the present and look to the future, helping your children build up energy happily now for a steady success in the future. With diverse and interesting sports courses, scientific training plans and a professional coaching team, we strive to help campers gain a healthy physique.

Camp Format
The camp operates a fully closed management model with 24/7 security monitoring. All meals and accommodation are arranged at the camp base in Songjiang University Town. Meals are prepared by professional nutritionists; standard guest rooms are equipped with air conditioners, electronic mosquito repellents and private bathrooms.
We adopt a group responsibility system and semi-military management. Responsible counselors supervise campers' training, study, daily life and all activities around the clock by group.
Various weight loss courses are designed based on campers' interests. We integrate sports with travel to help campers lose weight happily—travel broadens their horizons, enriches their knowledge and relieves their mood through scientific weight loss methods.
Academic tutoring is provided besides sports training, along with featured Chinese and international cultural exchange activities.

Curriculum Arrangement
The camp features sports weight loss courses and sports travel programs.
1. Training Hours: Training for children is progressive based on actual conditions, with an average of 4 hours of daily training at the initial stage, and subsequent arrangements adjusted by coaches.
2. Training Courses: Divided into three parts:
A. Aerobic exercise and light equipment circuit training to boost cardiopulmonary function and burn fat
B. Fun outdoor activities to improve speed and muscle strength, including regular aerobics and fitness dance
C. Unregular outings: Travel activities allow campers to acquire more knowledge in a lively and colorful way, and provide opportunities to make friends and strengthen friendships.
Chinese and international cultural exchange activities help domestic campers experience diverse cultures and learn about different historical backgrounds.

Tennis, badminton, basketball, swimming and other sports are highly popular among teenagers. These sports are used as supplementary training besides core scientific weight loss programs to foster sports interest. Learning tennis not only enables teenagers to master basic tennis skills and etiquette (both sports and social), but also helps them find the right direction for independent practice. Basic physical fitness training further improves their sports skills and nurtures a lifelong love for sports.

• Target: Teens aged 6-18 who are dissatisfied with their weight and wish to get fit, improve physical fitness and develop sports interest through exercise
• Quota: 40 campers (grouped by weight and age)
• Admission: Limited vacancies, first-come-first-served
Camp Duration
• 28-day camp: Session 1 (Jul 5 - Aug 1), Session 2 (Aug 2 - Aug 29)
• 42-day camp: Session 1 (Jul 5 - Aug 15), Session 2 (Jul 19 - Aug 29)
• 56-day camp: Session 1 (Jul 5 - Aug 29)

Valid Registration Requirements
1. The camp records the camper's name, gender, age, height, weight, health status and contact information
2. The camper's agent confirms no objection to the camp service contract and pays the advance payment
